1.  Check the channel lineup for your address:

to see if you are satisfied with the channels offered in the Limited Basic/Choice lineup. Remember, streaming other services can broaden your TV options beyond this package.

 

2. Call Xfinity, 800-934-6489. Ask to be transferred to the Retention Department.

 

3. Request Choice Triple Play, which includes the Limited Basic/Choice channel lineup.

 

Note that, with savings from the change, you can upgrade your internet and/or voice service and still come out ahead on cost. Choice Triple Play offers both internet and phone as part of the most basic service.
